These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual goods.
If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.
Placing an Order
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. Items you do not require can be removed from your cart at any time.
Courier charges will be calculated at the checkout, prior to you finalizing your order.
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We make use of PayFast for secure payment facilities for online purchases.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Some items will be shipped in 2-4 working days.Order fulfillment depends on suppliers stock availability.If you do not agree with above please do not order from Console Parts.
Delivery & Courier Charges
will normally be dispatched from our premises within 24 hours after order and
payment has been confirmed, this excludes weekends and public holidays - if a
delay is likely we will notify you by email.
Your delivery estimate will have been provided in depending on the option selected at the time of order.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our couriers for redirecting your delivery.
Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Free shipping method and delivery time depends on where you live. Shipping method will be at the discretion of Console Parts and your delivery time will depend on the method. Courier 1-2 business days, Postnet 2-3 business days and Paxi 5-9 business days.
Warranty/ Returns/ Refunds/ Faulty Goods
Console Parts do not provide any instructions/help with any of the parts sold on the website. Do not email or call us for any advice or assistance on repairs as we will not assist.
If you do not how to use or install an item then do not purchase from this site.
Google is your friend. Do proper research before purchasing an item from Console Parts. If you are not sure about your ability in carrying out a repair then get an experienced repair technician or send the unit to us for repair.
NOTE: We do not offer any cash refunds on items purchased. All refunds will be in the form of a credit voucher to redeem on your next order.
items sold by us carry a 3 month warranty. Lasers, ribbons, modchips
/components and software issues are excluded from this warranty.
Controllers new or pre-owned carry only 7 day warranty.
All pre-owned consoles sold by us carry a 3 months warranty.
All pre-owned games carry a 48 hours warranty.No exchanges will be made in relations to software or games that have been damaged due to abuse,
misuse or system malfunctions. All pre-owned games are tested before being shipped.
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
Warranty on goods does not include: liquid damage, lightning/power surge damage, user damage or negligence, and incorrect installation. We do not offer any warranty on lasers/ribbons/modchips/components and batteries due to the nature of the items. Warranty is void if item has been marked or installed.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received and checked unless at our discretion..
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our postage costs.
In the event of a replacement if an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
Refunds on warranty issues will only be made after inspection by us.
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days. Please note that we can only refund P&P costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products unless they are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item in error. Items will only be exchanged if the item/s is still in its original packaging.
All lasers and internal console parts are security marked, due to dishonest customers returning their faulty broken parts for refund, please don’t waste our time or yours!
We do test every single return. If a returned product is found not to be faulty we will return the product to you after additional P&P costs have been paid. We advise you to check the product thoroughly before returning.
To return a faulty item to Console Parts, please fill in the return form on out website.
Console Exchanges (Warranty)
Console Parts also offer an exchange program for the customers on their console.
In the event that Console Parts could not repair your console or the unit is uneconomical to repair then Console Parts will offer this option to you.
This option only applies if:
1. The Console has never been opened before or repaired. (Original manufacture seal must still be intact)
2. Your Console is unrepairable or it is uneconomical to repair.
3. The console will be exchanged (swapped) if we have stock available.
4. Console Parts only offers this option on PAL systems.
Console Parts keep your faulty unit and for a fee we will send you another unit with same specs. Note that we do not copy any data over to exchanged console.
All your data will be lost if you did not make a backup before sending the unit to us. The exchanged console will be on factory default settings.
**This applies only for the console not accessories or power supplies.**
Console Parts offer you a 4 Month warranty (120 Days) on exchanged consoles.
Exchange warranty excludes: Liquid damage, lightning/power surge damage, user damage or negligence, insect infestation and software.
Repair on any unit will only commence once quote has been accepted and payment made in full.
When we receive your unit we shall inspect it to see if the original manufacturer's warranty seal is present and un-tampered with. We shall also inspect the unit to see if there is any other evidence of tampering with the unit's internal workings.
If the original manufacturer's seal is present on your unit, and there is no evidence of an attempt to open the unit, once repaired it will be covered by a 3 month warranty.
Please note that the original manufacturer's warranty seal shall be removed by us to gain access to the unit during repair. If your unit is currently covered by a manufacturer's warranty, this will become void on removal of their warranty seal.
If any attempt is made to remove our warranty seal has been tampered with or ant attempt has been made to remove it your warranty with us immediately becomes void.
The warranty covers your unit for the repairs carried out by us only. If the same fault occurs, it is covered by our warranty.
All warranties are Return to Base (RTB) warranties. This means that courier costs associated with returns are to be met by the customer. This payment must be made by you prior to us arranging collection of your unit. If the same fault has occurred we shall repair the unit free of charge. We shall repair your unit 2 times under warranty. If your unit fails a third time under warranty, we shall issue a refund of the original repair cost, less the non-refundable deposit.
Repair warranty excludes: liquid damage, lightning/power surge damage, user damage or negligence and insect infestation. Software and mainboard repairs does not carry any warranty.
Controller repairs carry only 7 day warranty
Refunds on warranty issues will only be made after inspection by us.
If you make a warranty claim and there are signs of:
Miss use, accidental damage, liquid damage, lightning/power surge damage - the warranty becomes void and a repair will be chargeable if requested.
If on return of your unit to us under warranty, your unit cannot be repaired; your original repair cost shall be refunded - less any courier fees for collection or delivery.
If we collect a unit from you under warranty at our cost using our courier and there is no fault found or that a fault has been caused due to user error, the courier fees will be payable by the customer.
To clarify: If you send a device to us under the repair warranty, the cost of the postage to send the unit to us will be covered by you, however we will return the unit to you free of charge if a problem is found. If the problem is not related to the original fault or no fault is found, return postage charges will apply
Repairs usually take 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been confirmed , this excludes the time taken for return delivery which is outside of our control. During busier times repairs can take longer to be processed. More andvanced repairs might take longer. This will be communicated to you once we have inspected your unit.
All repairs carry a "minimum charge". This cost covers technician's time and any parts used to attempt to repair the device. After inspection, the minimum charge will become due when:
- The Console is Beyond Economical Repair
- (i.e. it would be cheaper to replace the Console than fix it)
- We provide a new repair quotation and you refuse this quotation
- Console can’t be repaired
minimum charges are R100 per unit
Note that return postage cost will be charged in addition to the minimum charge. At our discretion we may waive the minimum charge if you give us permission to use the damaged device for spare parts.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods (if applicable) until you have received them and inspected them

All items sent to Console Parts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Console Parts receiving such items, the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the courier. As such, Console Parts recommends that when sending items for return or refund you use an insured and/or traceable method of transit.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
We have many satisfied customers, and our complaint resolution system helps us to ensure that our customers are satisfied, even when things go wrong. If you have a complaint, please contact us either by email or by letter. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and avoid re-occurrence in the future. We undertake to:

Shipping Game / Software codes are sent worldwide via email without any charge.We are only send digital items. We don't send Physical products.
Shipping Costs Game / Software codes are shipped with no extra cost.
Returns and Refunds:
As for game and software codes once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind.If we are not able to deliver for any reason within 48 Hours, we will give you a full refund.If the Key (code) cannot be activated for some unknown reasons, contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.No refund or replacement will be given once the Key (code) has been sent to you for more than 24 hours.No refund or replacement can be given once the Key (code) has been activated.
Refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a game, failure to meet the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer or lack of enjoyment while playing the game.If customer pre-ordered a game, and the key haven't been sent, he can ask for refund anytime before the delivery.
