Our office hours are Monday To Friday 8am -3pm.

We will attempt to respond to all emails within our office hours.

Orders and Payments

Incomplete / Unpaid orders will be deleted after 3 days.     

Console Parts uses PayFast for secure online payments. Methods of payment offered are Credit/Debit card, Instant EFT and Mobicred. We also offer normal EFT and Cash Deposit as payment methods. Please use your order number as a reference when doing normal or cash deposits and email proof of payment to sales@consoleparts.co.za

 

Complaints

We have many satisfied customers, and our complaint resolution system helps us to ensure that our customers are satisfied, even when things go wrong. If you have a complaint, send an email to complaints@consoleparts.co.za Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and avoid re-occurrence in the future.
